Each journal is bound with premium acid-free 110 gram (70 lb) weight light cream colored paper. The fine even surface texture will take all sorts of media including: pen and ink, colored pencil, drawing chalks, pastels, graphite and other dry media, even light watercolor washes. We have included a black art pen with a fine tip end and a brush tip end to get you started.
